RETURN POLICY
All Kitchen Corner Home products offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your new products, return the product(s) to us with pre-paid shipping, in new condition in original packaging within 10 days, and we will refund your payment as described below:
Return of non-defective Merchandise
We accept returns of non-defective merchandise although all returns of non-defective merchandise require a return authorization number, and should be shipped freight prepaid. Call Kitchen Corner Home at 1-910-318-8591 to obtain a return authorization number. Please note: merchandise shipped without a return authorization number, or shipped freight collect, will be refused. If the product is resalable as received, a 20% handling and restocking charge may apply. If returned merchandise needs to be repackaged due to damage to the carton, or retail stickers on the carton, 50% credit will be allowed. If the product is damaged or customer abused and cannot be refurbished and resold, no credit will be issued.
Return of defective Merchandise
It is necessary to obtain a return authorization number from Kitchen Corner Home before returning any merchandise. Call Kitchen Corner Home at 1-910-318-8591 to obtain a return authorization number. Please note: merchandise shipped without a return authorization number will be refused. The return authorization number should appear on all cartons being returned. 100% credit and shipping costs will be allowed on products containing manufacturer's defects.
